At Davion, a fully personalised service has been created for individual orders of made-to-measure garments to meet the requirements of a bespoke garment. Each bespoke suit requires more than 210 unique operations.

It’s a simplified process that’s done almost exclusively by the clients themselves, so there are stages until you reach the final product.

Choice of model/product
The customer chooses a previously developed or to be developed model for configuration in the MTM.

Choice of materials
Through our catalogue, customers can select fabrics, threads, linings and buttons from the best suppliers on the market.

Set size and adjustments
The customer carries out a fitting session on the basis of the fitting suits in the respective size range supplied by Davion, indicating all the various changes/adjustments in measurements in relation to the size of the chosen model.

Choose design options
Finally, the customer enters all the desired design options into the MTM Web Order Management system.

From order entry, order management and fabric cutting, the entire MTM process is based on artificial intelligence systems, simplifying the process for both customers and the production line. Orders are entered into a simple online system that is easy for shop salespeople to learn. Feedback on order status and fabric stock to customers is provided by the system automatically.
